For eligible ready-made items, the store’s current return window is 7 days. Keep your receipt or order number and bring the item to the shop so the team can check eligibility and condition.
Cut fabric and made-to-measure items require individual review. A return, exchange or refund is confirmed by the shop after checking the order; submitting a request does not approve it automatically.
Refund method and timing are discussed when the return is approved. Please visit the shop if an order arrives with a problem.
